Recurso de súplica contra el auto del 10 de octubre de 2013, mediante el cual el Magistrado Jorge Iván Palacio Palacio rechazó la demanda de la referencia, por ser la Corporación manifiestamente incompetente para pronunciarse sobre la misma.
Para la Sala Plena, los reparos en que insiste el demandante, dirigidos a censurar el despilfarro y el impacto económico que las disposiciones superiores causan al erario público, no habilitan la competencia de la Corporación para el pronunciamiento deseado.
Se CONFIRMA el auto recurrido.
